The Return Process
- Return request must be raised within 15 days of order placed.

- We will arrange a pick up from your place at a mutually decided time.
- Whenever you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
- On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund accordingly within 48 hours.
Terms & Conditions
- Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through our quality inspection.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Required to share the picture of the rug at neulooms@gmail.com. We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned damage item.
- India: "7 Days Hassle-Free Return" is valid for purchase within India only (Not applicable for custom rug and outside India purchase).

How do I know if an item is eligible for a return?
An item is eligible for return within 7 days of the receipt date of your order. It must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
How long does it take to process the refund?
If the item is damage-free, a refund will be initiated by us within 48 hours after passing it through quality checks. It may take 7-8 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
Where do you send the refund?
Refund is processed through the same payment method which was used to place the order.
I did not receive an email after initiating a return?
Call us or email us to re-request a copy of the email.We will resend it on your registered email address.
When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order online before the shipment of the product is complete, after which the entire amount will be refunded. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the shipment has been made.
